Which legal entity operates the service
Invest Globally is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.
Because corporate structures, registered particulars and service arrangements can change, we deliberately do not restate them as fixed text on a marketing page. The client agreement and the documentation pack we send you are the authoritative source; where this page and those documents differ, the documents prevail.
Group companies and service providers
Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Compliance screening for sanctions and risk, continuous oversight of transactions, procedures for internal reporting and archival obligations in accordance with legally mandated timeframes.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A written internal complaints procedure with acknowledgement, investigation and a substantive reply within the timeframe stated when your complaint is logged.
In cases where a jurisdiction establishes more stringent local standards than those outlined above, those heightened standards govern the treatment of clients operating from that location.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service may only be provided where permitted under applicable regulations. Your eligibility is determined during account setup based on your domicile, and this may be subject to change.
Where the service is offered
New accounts may be created by persons residing in jurisdictions designated as eligible through your account's registration process. Should your jurisdiction appear on this list and you successfully complete verification procedures, you may proceed. Should your jurisdiction not appear, access to the service is not available.
Where the service is not offered
- Nations and overseas regions operating under international sanctions or trade embargoes.
- Regions in which provision of this service category to individual clients requires licensing or authorisation that we do not currently possess.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Regions we have determined to exclude based on internal compliance and risk assessment protocols.
No solicitation
Content available on this platform is not designed for, nor may it be provided to or utilised by, individuals in jurisdictions where such provision or utilisation would breach applicable legislation. Mere access to this platform from a restricted jurisdiction does not confer entitlement to service access. Should your account be relocated to a restricted jurisdiction, you must notify us promptly - your account may be subject to limitations or closure with proceeds remitted to you.
What Invest Globally is not

How to request corporate and compliance documents
Clients, prospective clients and institutional partners are entitled to access our organisational and regulatory documentation. Distribution occurs upon direct request rather than through general publication channels.
What can be requested
- Confirmation of the operating entity and its corporate particulars.
- The operative client terms and the fee schedule applicable to your specific account.
- An outline describing our anti-money laundering protocols and procedures for client verification.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Data-protection information relating to your own personal data.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Use "Request for Regulatory Documentation" as the header.
- 02
Identify yourself
Indicate your status as a current client (providing the associated email) or prospective client, along with which materials are required.
- 03
Receive the pack
Requests are answered within the timeframe stated when your request is acknowledged. Some documents may be provided in extract form where they contain confidential internal detail.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Matters pertaining to our regulatory standing, compliance frameworks, or matters warranting elevated review should be directed through the compliance channel rather than standard inquiries.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and note it as "Compliance Matter". Supply your account's registered email if applicable, and provide a concise explanation of your query.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Invest Globally in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - direct these through the contact form with a specific header and they will be assigned to the appropriate department.
